Gentlemen, This is just a brief note to say Thank you and congratulations on a job well done! Our sewer line stopped up on Sunday, August 26. I rented a 100 ft snake but didn’t get any roots out.Wednesday I went to the Brea City Hall and talked to the City Engineer about the possibility of digging up the street, in case the clay tile was broken. He gave me a Permit form and a copy of the sewer layout of our street On Thursday morning Efrain Robles, of S.O.S. arrived and began to try to open the line utilizing a much stronger camera than had been used before. He also reached an impasse and called his supervisor Chris. Chris arrived and approved a cutting procedure and worked along with Efrain. After much effort they were able to break through and run clean water to show many roots under the street. Additional S.O.S. personnel arrived and worked till after dark digging a new hole, on our property, near the street and were successful in Hydra-Jetting the roots out leaving the line clean. The new hole served as the starting location to install a new epoxy sewer-Liner in each direction. The-Liner crew were most helpful in explaining the whole procedure. When everything was completed we had a sewer line that was better than brand new and should last more than 50 years.We wanted to express our sincere thanks to the S.O.S. staff for a clean, courteous professional job.
