Dear Member:
This letter will introduce S.O.S. Plumbing – O.C. & S. L.A. The named licensed
contractor is an active participant in the Immediate Repair Program (“the Program”) for
the Interinsurance Exchange of the Automobile Club (“Exchange”).
The contractor named above has passed an extensive qualifying process and has
agreed to comply with the guidelines of the Program. The named contractor is qualified
to estimate the cost of, and make temporary or final repairs to, your property.
If you authorize the contractor to repair damage covered by your policy, the Exchange
will guarantee the contractor’s workmanship for a period of one year from the date of
completion. The named contractor has been made aware of your policy coverage and
may request the payment of your deductible amount prior to repairs being made.
You must authorize all work on your property in writing. This letter of introduction is only
valid for the time period April 1, 2011 through March 31, 2012.
