Thank you for the work you did on our lateral sewer line in San Clemente. We had had a significant  root intrusion problem  that was on track to cause major problems  for our home and property. I can't tell you how thankful we are that we found S.O.S.  in the knick of time. After receiving  3 other bids for over $8000 to install a cure in place sewer pipe liner, my wife and I had horrible visions of flushing our hard earned money down the toilet, literally. Your honesty and straight  forward estimate saved us a huge amount of money and gave us peace of mind knowing  that our lateral sewer is like new and guaranteed  for 50 years. I couldn't believe how much the other guys wanted  to charge, especially considering the tough financial  times we are in. My wife and I felt like
we were being taken advantage  of with seemingly no other option until you and your staff promptly came to the rescue.

The following message was sent to the Better Business Bureau:

SOS Plumbing came out and were very nice. They fixed the access drain so that it was flush with the ground. They also offered to fix anything that was a plumbing problem to show their good faith. They repaired a leaking faucet, replacing it.  The workman was here two hours. This was all free of charge. I am very satisfied with how this was handled. They do excellent work and all their workmen were a joy to have on my property.

I just want to say what a great job Chris and his crew did recently for me at my home. They were professional, courteous, and took a very difficult project and fixed it in a very timely manner.

I was most impressed with the way (they) handled themselves when explaining the problems that existed, and the most efficient way to fix them. I had already had several plumbers come out prior and was pretty much baffled as to what the problem was because everyone gave me a different story but could not justify why. Chris explained in detail what the problem was and all the different ways to approach it.

I will definitely use you guys again if I have any problems (which I shouldn't because we ran a new line to the street, with a 50-year warranty). But I will definitely recommend your company to any one that I come across that has problems. As a matter of fact I have already handed some cards to my neighbors who came over when they saw all the trucks because I am sure their lines are as in as bad a shape as mine.

Anyway, I just wanted to say thank you and I appreciate the job that you and your company did.

Gentlemen, This is just a brief note to say Thank you and congratulations on a job well done! Our sewer line stopped up on Sunday, August 26. I rented a 100 ft snake but didn't get any roots out

Wednesday I went to the Brea City Hall and talked to the City Engineer about the possibility of digging up the street, in case the clay tile was broken. He gave me a Permit form and a copy of the sewer layout of our street

On Thursday morning Efrain Robles, of S.O.S. arrived and began to try to open the line utilizing a much stronger camera than had been used before. He also reached an impasse and called his supervisor Chris. Chris arrived and approved a cutting procedure and worked along with Efrain. After much effort they were able to break through and run clean water to show many roots under the street. Additional S.O.S. personnel arrived and worked till after dark digging a new hole, on our property, near the street and were successful in Hydra-Jetting the roots out leaving the line clean. The new hole served as the starting location to install a new epoxy sewer-Liner in each direction. The-Liner crew were most helpful in explaining the whole procedure. When everything was completed we had a sewer line that was better than brand new and should last more than 50 years.

We wanted to express our sincere thanks to the S.O.S. staff for a clean, courteous professional job. Your men are to be commended. We are very happy with the end result and the fact that a major worry of ours has been eliminated.

Hello Paul,

I went by my triplex on Howard Ave in Los Alamitos this morning, just to check things out.  Everything looks great.  My daughter, who lives in the rear unit, told me how nice the workmen were.  So on my way home, I stopped by the old Irish Mist bar in Sunset Beach and said thanks to Efran and his partner.
