Hello Paul,

I went by my triplex on Howard Ave in Los Alamitos this morning, just to check things out.  Everything looks great.  My daughter, who lives in the rear unit, told me how nice the workmen were.  So on my way home, I stopped by the old Irish Mist bar that SOS is remodeling in Sunset Beach and said thanks to Efran and his partner.
